This is for all those who do not have a lot of time but would like to get an efficient treatment with great results; a lighten – up, moisture and invigorated skin. A luxury for your skin in just 40 minutes.

Antiage Shock: $140
Nutritional and Photoaging Treatment.
This whole great treatment is aimed at enjoying a clean and perfectly invigorated skin. After an hour and thanks to the regenerating and anti – oxidant action of yerba mate and the moisturizing qualities of the rosehip, your face will recover its freshness and get a contour redefinition as if it had gone through a lifting surgery. The skin is re – densificated, and lightened and the wrinkles are smoothed.

Lightening Shock: A$140
Depigmentation, cleansing, lightening and purifying treatment.
This is the first step towards showing a fantastic skin and to increase the effects of any subsequent moisturizing or nutritional treatment. Modern lifestyles leave our skin deprived of oxygen, making it look tired and dull. This treatment is an intensive and rejuvenating healing process for the skin. It represents a deep cleansing, it exfoliates, moisturizes, oxygenates and micro – circulates the skin for to immediately increase its luminosity.
This treatment is appropriate for the most sensitive type of skin, even those that are prone to suffering from acne.

Moisturizing Shock A$140
Full moisturizing and collagen treatment
80% of our dermis composition is Collagen and Elastin. With the passing of time this percentage decreases and as result wrinkles appear, pores dilate and our skin loses elasticity and is no longer as soft and voluminous as it was when we were young. This is because the skin loses the water which helps it to eliminate toxins, cleanse the pores and foster the generation of proteins responsible for the firmness and elasticity (collagen and elastin)

It is advisable to people suffering from muscle pains or spasms because it soothes accumulated muscle tension and promotes the correct blood and lymphatic circulation.

1 – Hour relaxing massage with herbs and aromas A$130
This kind of massage moisturizes the skin, soothes muscle contractions and helps to fight stress. Besides the heat, the pads provide the body with the benefit of volatile and soluble components of plants, which are absorbed by the person’s body skin.

1 – Hour hot stone massage A$130
This ancient eastern technique combines traditional massage with hot stones, which are placed in the person’s energetic points. Both the stones temperature and weight give an incredible well–being.

It mainly follows the same basic characteristics of the Pampa massage, but focusing the techniques on the back

Energizing massage involving body muscle stretching. Maori stretching therapies work over the muscle flexibility and elasticity, which allow a complete relaxation.

1 – Hour Lomi – Lomi massage A$110
This kind of massage combines de use of breathing and energy with a variety of movements to “unblock” tense areas in the body. It relaxes the nervous system, increases circulation and provides with a feeling of concrete well–being. It is useful to keep the person healthy and to alleviate the pain caused by injuries or a weakening illness.

40 – Minute Indian massage A$90
This kind of treatment may give an instant alleviation of tension and stress symptoms and induce a calm, peaceful, and quiet feeling. It also provides high levels of concentration. The person is sitting and wearing comfortable clothing.

80 – Minute Shiatsu Zen A$140
This traditional Japanese therapy aims at restoring the physical and energetic balance to the body. It helps to restore the physical integrity and the functions of the nervous and circulatory systems, the bone structure, the muscles, internal secretion while stimulating mind and body to achieve complete harmony.
This is the traditional Shiatsu created by Namikoshi. It is based on the digit pressure that works over the meridians; i.e. lines furrowing the body. This technique integrates the body in a complete way, through the energetic flow.

80 min Shiatsu Thai A$140
The Shiatsu Thai belongs to the Masunaga´s school, who is a Namikoshi disciple, and combines the traditional Shiatsu with the Thai massage, which purpose is to stretch the body in order to provide it with greater flexibility, resilience and tonicity; without disregarding the classic pressure of the Shiatsu.
As well as the traditional Shiatsu, the Shiatsu Thai helps to restore the physical integrity and the functions of the nervous and circulatory systems, the bone structure, the muscles, internal secretion while stimulating mind and body to achieve complete harmony

Watsu (water therapy) 15 min. A$60
This therapy combines the Shiatsu and the water. It was created in France and it combines the Eastern philosophy with modern European relaxation techniques.
The therapist helps the patient feel an extreme sense of relaxation through the water itself and its natural rhythm.

The special techniques used in these massages are aimed at promoting edema drainage, i.e. liquid accumulation. It is perfect to reduce cellulite, overweight, etc. The purpose of these massages is to direct liquids through lymphatic vessels towards inguinal veins. The liquids are eliminated through the urinary system. The liquid drainage not only benefits aesthetic aspects but it also improves the skin nutrition – or “trophism.”

Aesthetic Body Treatments

1 – Hour Anti Flaccidity Shock A$120
Leave in our hands the possibility of getting a harmonic and invigorated silhouette and a firm skin with no tracks of lack of exercise. By applying manual massages and a special combination of products, your thighs, abdomen, arms and legs will be invigorated and your skin will look smoother.

1 – Hour Anti Cellulite Shock A$120
We start with a body exfoliation to increase the process of eliminating wastes and toxins. Then, the modeling serum – a slimming accelerator – goes through to the deepest cells in order to carry the active ingredients that improve circulation and lymphatic drainage as best as possible. Although it is advisable to get 8 sessions for long term results, after the very first session results are evident, the cellulite looks improved and the skin is invigorated.

1 – Hour Body Exfoliation Shock and Complete Moisturizing A$140
It leaves the whole body skin moisturized, cleansed and illuminate. After exfoliation to remove all the dead cells, we apply a honey moisturizing mask. Finally, our special green, red and black tea emulsion will leave your skin smoother and silkier.

90 – Minute Body hygiene, exfoliation and moisturizing with sand or salts in relaxing beds. A$140
It purifies the skin scrubs. It provides the person with the properties of salt and sand: they keep the liquid balance allowing the transmission of nervous impulses; they avoid cramps and they remove cell acid excess. The sand presents high levels of salt. Sands may contain the proper amounts of micronutrients. Moisturizing helps tissues to invigorate and cells to oxygenate, thus turning into skin tissues moisturizing. Finally, a relaxing comprehensive massage is applied.

Chocolate Therapy

It provides the skin with oxygen while regenerating it. It consists on a stimulating and energizing treatment that eliminates skin dead cells and spots while moisturizing, rejuvenating and nourishing it. It provides an anti – oxidant effect while relaxing the muscles and activating the central nervous system. It counteracts fatigue and stress. This treatment is advisable for spotted skin or those prone to have them, fatigued, undernourished and / or presenting low levels of couperosis. This treatment is also used for facial flaccidity. Due to the high concentration of caffeine and anti – oxidants, this treatment avoids skin premature ageing, it sculpts the body and is a great anti – cellulites agent. Thanks to the effect of thermotherapy, the body treatment provides the deepest structures with warmth, making it highly appropriate for people suffering from osteoarthritis or rheumatism, illnesses in their joints, among other affections.
